1. Who we are
This website is operated by 4sightsolutions, which trades as 4sightsolutions. We decide why and how your personal data is used, so we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). You can contact us at team@4sightsolutions.in.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, company name (optional), the type of help you need, your message, and a note that you agreed to this policy when you sent it.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
To stop spam: the enquiry form keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions. It is then deleted.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss how we can help. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send an enquiry. We use server and anti-spam records to keep the site working, secure and free of abuse.
4. Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew, but we may then be unable to continue the conversation with you.
5. Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, stores this website and our email inbox, and processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use third-party analytics, advertising or form services on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.
6. Where your data is stored
Our hosting provider may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we comply with the DPDP Act and with any restrictions on transfers that the Government of India notifies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them for longer. Anti-spam records are deleted within an hour. Server records are kept by our hosting provider for the period set out in its policy.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we share it with;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent, as described in section 4;
- receive a response to your grievance; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, email team@4sightsolutions.in with "Data request" in the subject line and enough detail for us to find your record. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time limits set by the DPDP Act and its Rules.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Please give us the chance to respond first.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before sending us anything. If we find that we have received a child's data without the required parental consent, we will delete it.
10. Keeping your data safe
The site uses HTTPS, which encrypts information between your browser and our server. The enquiry form has anti-spam checks and rate limits. Access to our hosting and email accounts is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.
11. Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not use analytics tools.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
